Inner Child Healing & Emotional Balance Crystal Bracelet

I originally made this bracelet for myself on my inner child healing journey, and found so much comfort in this combination that I wanted to make some to share with yall! The stones are rose quartz, aquamarine, amethyst, and green aventurine. 

This bracelet is 7.5” with 8mm beads, however the bracelet can be resized for free upon request. 

My intention with this bracelet is for these stones to help ease big emotions that are brought up during inner child work. 

I chose rose quartz for self-love and self- compassion. Aquamarine for emotional balance and ease of release and processing them. I chose green aventurine for its connection to your heart chakra since you’ll most likely need help keeping it balanced. And amethyst for its ability to ease anxiety and depression as well as keep you grounded.
