Grounding & Anxiety Help Amethyst, Obsidian, and Smokey Quartz Crystal Beaded Necklace

This necklace has amethyst, smokey quartz, and obsidian 8mm beads and the pendant is amethyst. The necklace is 14” long.

This is my personal favorite combination for anxiety and grounding energy!

-Amethyst is often used by people with anxiety as it's a very calming and grounding stone and helps with emotional balance. Is known to enhance psychic abilities and intuition.

-Black Obsidian is perfect for shadow work because it's said to reflect your inner truth back to you. It's perfect for empaths (as is amethyst) and is a powerful grounding stone. Obsidian also dispels negative energy.

-Smokey quartz is most commonly used for its grounding properties and used for dispelling negative energy. It’s a great protection stone! It gives me an immediate sense of calm when I hold it.
