Emotion Balancing & Calming Moss Agate and Howlite Crystal Stretchy Bracelet

This bracelet has moss agate & Howlite gemstone 8mm beads as well as copper spacer beads. It’s 7.5” but can be resized upon request for free. 

I made this bracelet with the intention in mind of emotional balance and calming. It's perfect for anyone needing a little extra help calming their emotions or anxiety.

✨Howlite has a variety of healing properties that are soothing for the body, mind, and spirit. It is a stone of immense tranquility. Howlite is most often used for it's calming, tranquil energy. It's a balancing stone as well as grounding and is helpful during meditation and yoga sessions.

✨Moss agate is a great stone for finding your personal power and working on your self-confidence. It’s known to be mood stabilizing, balancing, and calming. It's also helpful for balancing emotions.

The intention is that while you wear the jewelry, you focus on a certain affirmation or intention. Most of the mala style jewelry I create I create with a certain intention. It’s best to use your jewelry with a specific intention and visualize you goal while wearing it periodically. That way, you’ll be reminded of your goal every time you look at the stone and can then take action to bring it to life.

When stringing each bead, I am doing so with the intention in mind. I use visualization and energy work to do this and have a whole process, including charging the jewelry with reiki.

To get the most benefits from your new jewelry, you’ll want to make sure you keep it consistently cleansed and charged up. There are multiple ways you can do this, the most common being:

-Cleanse with smoke
-Leave the jewelry out in the sunlight for a few hours
-Leave the jewelry out to charge under the moonlight
-Hold in your hands and imagine a white light surrounding it. Hold your intention and affirmations in mind and imagine the light charging the jewelry.

Remember to reset the jewelry with your intentions after cleansing.
